LEARN HOW TO PRACTISE SELF CARE WITH THESE 10 DIY BEAUTY PRODUCTS FOR MUMS.
Us mums are always on the go: school runs, work, swimming lessons, dinners, laundry, shopping…. the list is endless….
As a result, I often feel stressed and overwhelmed by the weight of my responsibilities as a mum.
I have three children and sometimes I ask myself: how am I going to fit everything in just one day? How do women do it all?
I often feel stressed and overwhelmed by the weight of my responsibilities as a mum, and finding time to practise self care is almost impossible.
WHY IS SELF CARE IMPORTANT?
If you don’t look after yourself, nobody will. And, as the saying goes, “you can’t pour from an empty cup”.
Society puts a lot of pressure on us mums. As a consequence, it is easy to feel overwhelmed.
Remember to take a deep breath, and look at what’s really important in your life.
Certainly, your loved ones are your priority, and you want to be the best possible version of yourself for them.
Therefore, that’s why you should make time to practise self care.
You can read this post by Curlybunmom: it’s a beautiful read about “saying yes to you” as a mum, and about prioritising yourself.
